This villa can be found only 15 minutes from the tourist attraction of Goa Gaja, in Pejeng Kawan Village. This villa has a modern, minimalist design and features 2 units of villas, namely Villa A and Villa B. Each Villa has 3 bedrooms and is built on 200m2 of land, giving it a very spacious feeling. The rural atmosphere gives way to many rice fields and gardens to enjoy. The location is ideal for those who are seeking tranquility and nature as it is far from the hustle and bustle of the city center.

Car parking is available in each villa with a lockable fence. The parking lot has special access to the staff room, so that the staff does not disturb guests during their stay at the villa. Upon entry of the villa there is a private pool, living room, dining room, kitchen, small garden and the main bedroom; which faces directly to the pool. The private pools are the same in both Villas, but Villa A's pool directly face the rice field view.

The master bedroom has a King Size bed and bathroom with a bathtub. Following the bedroom is a small living room with a sofa and a TV. Beside it you will find the dining room and kitchen, complete with refrigerator and cooking utensils. The stairs will then take you up to the remaining 2 bedrooms. The remaining bedrooms are nearly the same as the master with the exception of having a shower only in the en suite bathrooms.

This villa is roughly 1 hour and 20 minutes drive from Bali’s International Airport, and 20 minutes from the center of down town Ubud. There is a large range of tourist attractions in the area; Goa Gajah is roughly 15 minutes drive away, and Bali Bird Park is 35 minutes, just to name a few. Private car drivers can be organized with the villa staff by request.
