Overview

Ideally located between Seminyak and Canggu our property is very close to all sorts of restaurants, cafes, shops...etc. Set a hundred meters from the main road, our property is very quiet and offers a very peaceful scenery with lush tropical garden and a large private pool. A lovely gazebo in the back of the garden is perfect for some relaxing reading or a famous Balinese massage. Both bedrooms upstairs open onto a large balcony, ideal for yoga or gym in the morning as well as sunset drinks.

In the beginning in the airport, we will assure all the detail for your arrival. Our driver will stand by in the airport to pick up you throughout the villa. We will welcoming you and make sure the breakfast for the following days. That mentioned complimentary first morning breakfast with simply American/ continental menu

The neighborhood
Located down an alley way from the main road. But in walking distance to bars, cafes, restaurant and shop. Should you keen to get some healthy food, there are plenty of organic shop near the villa

Getting around
Private parking on premises. Taxi are available on request. We would gladly to assist you to organize scooter rental or car rental. Either to propose some interested excursion as well.

    All rates are quoted in USD net per villa (not per person) per night, with the following benefits:

  2. High & Peak Season Periods
    High season period: July 1 - 31, September 1 - 15, December 10 - 19, Easter Week & Chinese New Year.
    Peak season period: August 1 - 31, December 20 - January 9.
    Minimum stay: LOW season: 2 nights; HIGH season: 5 nights; PEAK season: 6 nights.
  3. Villa Capacity
    - Maximum occupancy is 2 persons per room
    - Extra person using extra bed is available at extra charge, maximum 1 extra bed / bedroom
  4. Cancellation Policy
    - For cancellations made by the guests more than180 days before arrival date, 100% of the total rental amount will be refundable, bank charges involved will also be charged to the client. However an administration fee of 50 US$ will be charged to the client.
    - For cancellations made by the guests 180 and 90 days before arrival date, 70% of the total rental amount will be refundable, bank charges involved will also be charged to the client and administration fee of 50 US$ will be charged to the client.
    - For cancellations made by the guests between 90 and 31 days before arrival date, 50% of the total rental amount will be refundable, bank charges involved will also be charged to client and administration fee of 50 US$ will be charged to the client.
    - For cancellations made by the guests less than 31 days before arrival date, 0% of the total rental amount will be refundable.
