Unique Design
Villa Koyama takes on the appearance of an eclectic homestead set within a tropical garden compound. It features three distinct structures designed to incorporate elements of indigenous stone, bamboo and reclaimed timber.

The first structure is a long dwelling with a bamboo floor veranda edged by the refreshing waters of a fish pond. It houses three cosy bedrooms with white-washed wooden furnishings and random pieces of artistry. The far bedroom is set up with twin beds and has access to its own bathroom featuring a simple outdoor shower. The remaining two bedrooms each feature a comfortable and share a separate bathroom facility.

Open-Plan Pavilion
A large pavilion in the centre of the property contains an open-plan kitchen, dining and sitting area in a style reminiscent of an island farmhouse. This entire space is exposed to the elements and bathed in natural sunlight for guests to experience Bali`s outdoor living concept.

There is also an air-conditioned lounge room connected to the pavilion that provides additional space to sit in comfort and enjoy the benefits of a home entertainment system. The lounge accesses a small bamboo garden with a stone Buddha concealed behind a wall of glass panelled doors.

The tastefully-appointed master suite is also part of the main pavilion and features its own terrace overlooking the pool. This adult sanctuary comes with an oversized canopied bed and an elegant writing desk. The en-suite bathroom has been created for spa-inspired indulgence with a natural stone shower and free-standing terrazzo tub.

Quaint Guesthouse
The fourth bedroom is a separate dwelling that tucks neatly into a corner of the garden and is surrounded by indigenous flora. It has all the characteristics of a quaint guesthouse for accompanying friends or family members seeking that extra measure of privacy.

A selection of white-washed timber furnishings, including a double canopied bed, has been used to decorate this room. There is also a simple en-suite bathroom with a shower recess and a brightly painted table cum vanity for a glass wash basin to rest upon.

Outdoor Pleasures
Villa Koyama is blessed with a mature garden that incorporates shady trees, clusters of native greenery and a manicured lawn. It is a safe haven for children with plenty of space to run around and play.
