Overview

Villa Laksmana Hideaway comprises a pair of identical two-bedroom properties, each of which will comfortably accommodate up to four adults or a small family. Characterised by high ceilings, white-washed timber, long white window drapes and a lagoon-style pool that threads its way through the house, it is very much about relaxed ambience.

No need for a car to get amongst Seminyak’s fashionista culture. Villa Laksmana Hideaway’s absolute prime location off Jalan Oberoi gives you almost instantaneous access to its boutiques, cafes, restaurants and bars.

The Villa

Both of Villa Laksmana Hideaway’s residences have the same two-bedroom floor plan and décor that will comfortably accommodate up to four adults or a small family.

Kitchen, Dining and Living Room

In this large common space, guests will be able to cook, dine and lounge together. Wooden pillars rise up out of the cool, patterned ceramic flooring to support a high ceiling to create a social utility open space that dances in the reflections of the inside portion of the villa’s pool. An indoor garden, Buddha carving and images of traditional Bali are among the décor items that help make this an attractive zone of the villa.

A kitchen equipped with a full range of pots, pans, utensils, microwave, cutlery and crockery occupies one corner and is surrounded by a wooden benchtopbar and stools. Next to this, a four-seater timber dining table sits in the apex of this open space and looks the length of the meandering swimming pool.

A comfortable chaise lounge with coffee table occupies the other end of this open space for indoor relaxation and a large flat-screen television with DVD offers an entertainment option.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms

The two double bedrooms are reflections of one another and their symmetry creates something special in Villa Laksmana Hideaway. They are separated by the villa’s swimming pool so that each is its own peninsula with large windows that look out on two sides to clear, blue water. Polished timber floor boards and white-washed wooden furniture, white cloth mosquito net and cream window drapes give the rooms an elegant distinction. They are both air-conditioned and also have a small desk and chair.

An open closet between each bedroom and its ensuite bathroom offers generous and well-lit storage capacity. Both bathrooms continue the theme of light décor against dark timber for brightness, contrast and warmth, and have a toilet, single basin and shower.

Pool and Garden

The front aspect of the villa contains the crescent-shaped main part of the swimming pool, surrounded by wooden decking that doubles as patio space for the two bedrooms. Lawn borders the garden side of the decking and beds of tropical undergrowth and palms set the scene for relaxation in the pair of bean-bag poolside lounges.

Location

Villa Laksmana Hideaway has absolutely prime location just off Jalan Oberoi for immediate access to Seminyak’s chic boutiques, cafés, restaurants and bars.Its sandy beach is not far off, along with its classy bars where amazing sunsets can be enjoyed over a cocktail or two. Ngurah Rai International Airport is 20 minutes by car.
